New CRM Diag Tool Posted

Last week Benjamin Lecoq posted a new version of the CRM Diag Tool - you can get the link from his blog here.

This tool can be very helpful in tracking down problems, especially authentication related.

My wish list for the tool is that it moves to have the ability to embed it as a component in another diagnostic application.  The you could build a custom diagnostic app and make it available to your CRM users - heck you could even make it so it could package up the diag to send to a remote admin

We are preparing such a thing for Titan actually, the Diagnostic Wizard we ship will be customized during product life by the support/dev team to match the real needs of the support of this application.
