In CRM Titan the redeploy concept is now called Import Organization and is accessed from inside Deployment Manager on the server.
From inside Deployment Manager if you right click on Organizations a menu will show the choice of Import Organization
It will walk you through a wizard to pick a source DB, and target organization names.
The help inside the Deployment Manager is pretty good for the Import if you need more details.
